If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, The Good Home Project will offer a full refund, credit note or product exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please retain your receipt.
Where your item is faulty we will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible for no extra charge (assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered).
Your item may be damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damage and notify us immediately. We can start procedures with the freight company and will endeavour to replace your item quickly (assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered)
- Items must be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase
- Items must be in their original state, with the original packaging and not damaged in any way.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Sale items are non refundable, and not exchangeable or eligible for a credit note.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
